StudyArc — Privacy Policy

Overview

StudyArc ("the app") is a simple, offline study timer developed by GreekDevApp. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use StudyArc. The short version: nothing leaves your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

StudyArc does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any account information — the app has no login or account system
• Your location
• Analytics, usage statistics, or crash reports sent to a server
• Advertising identifiers — the app shows no ads and contains no ad SDKs
• Any data whatsoever transmitted over the internet, since the app does not use a network connection

Data Stored On Your Device

StudyArc stores a small amount of information locally on your device only, using standard Android app storage:

• The subjects you create, rename, or delete
• Your selected timer duration and last-used subject
• Your daily study minutes per subject, which reset automatically each new day
• Your chosen light/dark theme preference

This data is stored in the app's private storage area on your device and is never uploaded, synced, or shared with us or any third party. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently deleted along with it.

Permissions

StudyArc does not request any Android permissions. It does not need access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, storage, or network state to function.

Third-Party Services

StudyArc does not integrate with any third-party services, software development kits (SDKs), analytics platforms, or advertising networks. There is no Firebase, no crash reporting tool, and no external server of any kind involved in running this app.

Children's Privacy

Because StudyArc collects no personal information from anyone, including children, it does not knowingly collect any data from users under any age. The app is safe for use by students of all ages for exactly this reason.

Data Security

Since your study data never leaves your device, it is protected by the same security model as any other app data on your phone or tablet, governed by your device's own operating system protections.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is ever updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Since the app collects no data, future changes are expected to be minor clarifications rather than changes in practice.
